ABOUT GENERAL INTERNATIONAL

During the spring of 1946 in Montreal Canada, General established several manufacturing facilities to produce high quality commercial/industrial woodworking machinery. The General name grew to represent several generations of technical, high precision equipment. The 2014 acquisition of General allowed the combination of that expertise and the manufacturing capabilities of our now-much-larger operations to expand the product range.

Today, General International Power Products history includes 70 years of North American manufacturing experience. As a vertically integrated manufacturer of woodworking and metalworking machinery, we are uniquely positioned to offer a complete range of consumer and contractor grade tools produced in our wholly owned General International factories.
